Can't find your order number?
Check if the payment confirmation email ended up in the spam inbox by mistake.
Otherwise you can always find it in the reserved area in "my orders" if you are logged in to the site.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders will arrive in a maximum of 3 working days from the reception of the payment, may elapse.
For urgent or long distance orders, we recommend fast shipping.

We pack all of our products meticulously, but some accidents may happen during transportation. In case of damage to the goods upon delivery,
it is necessary to accept the package with reserve, signing in the appropriate form provided by the courier and send photographic documentation of the damage in question.
Only in the presence of both requirements it will be possible to obtain a refund or a new shipment of the damaged goods.
